How to stay consistent

If you are at all like me, you find yourself decluttering in splurges. You’ll do awesome for a week or so, and then you nosedive and don’t do anything for a month. Decluttering splurges are definitely necessary for getting some head way quickly, but if you want lasting results, you’ll have to change your methods. After all, New stuff is consistently coming in, so old stuff has to consistently go out.

Try getting rid of one thing per day. Or perhaps set a goal of decluttering four things per week if your don’t have time to declutter every day.
